How to Obtain a Written Quote

Vovsoft products are sold via our financial partner, MyCommerce. After your purchase, you will receive the invoice and the license key directly from MyCommerce.

If your company policy requires that you obtain a written quote before you place your order, you can easily create a quote yourself in the order process.

1. Go to https://vovsoft.com/purchase/
2. Click on the "Add to Cart" button of the product you want to buy
3. Instead of using the "Order" tab, select "Request Quote"
4. Enter the required data in the form
5. Finish the process with "Submit as Quote"

When a customer submitted the form via "Submit as Quote", MyCommerce will create a quote and send a confirmation to the customer, including an official quote document. The email includes a link the customer can use to review and transform their quote into an order, selecting a payment option. A successful payment will trigger the order delivery to the customer.

Please note that quotes are valid for 14 days. If a quote is not processed as an order within this period, it will be automatically cancelled.
