Delivery Problem to Charter.net Emails

Unfortunately Charter.net (Spectrum) email users can't receive any email message from Vovsoft servers.

If you've entered your @charter.net email address, you probably aren't able to

  • subscribe to our newsletter
  • receive your licensing information
  • get response from us about your support requests

We strongly recommend that you use a major email provider such as Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail as your primary email address for hassle-free deliverability.

Just updated to version 4.7 from 4.4, wants me to open program without administrator privleiges...how do I do this when I am LOGGED into my computer as an Administator?

Hi Greg. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. Copy Files Into Multiple Folders works best when not run as administrator. However you can click "Ignore" and continue using the application with admin privileges. We'll try to improve it in future versions.
