Vovsoft Webcam Capture is a very simple webcam snapshot software that enables you to monitor your cam from a streamlined, minimalist user interface. It offers various visual effects and can help you modify video properties. You can click "Start" button and here you go. You can easily change your webcam device properties using the software. It also supports full screen view, rotate, flip vertical and flip horizontal.
In order to capture photos from your webcam, all you have to do is click the "Capture Picture" button. Image files will be saved in the directory that can be changed using the "Save Location" button.
Webcam Capture is a native Windows application. No need to install Java or .NET Framework. It utilizes DirectShow and only requires DirectX which is already installed.
