The recording format does not match the pre-selected format in the sounds recording/playback devices Advanced settings, you down-sample 24bit stereo to 16bit stereo, which is not desirable also you only offer mic OR loop-back recording, why not offer both so we can record both sides of a zoom or other program? Oh and the program supports Windows Vista 32bit and 64bit which is logical since that was the version that introduced WASAPI to windows operating systems.
