How to backup my entries?
- Log into Desktop Diary using your credentials.
- Use the menu on the top (Backup - Export Backup File).
- Save the jdb file into your thumb drive or anything safe.
How to import my entries from backup?
- Log into Desktop Diary using your credentials or create a new account.
- Use the menu on the top (Backup - Import Backup File).
- Select the jdb backup file and click open.
How to change my password?
- Log into Desktop Diary using your credentials.
- Use the menu on the top (Account - Change Password).
How to change default font settings?
- Log into Desktop Diary using your credentials.
- Use the menu on the top (Customize - Change Font).
What is the folder location of the stored data?
- User data is stored on:
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\VOVSOFT\Desktop Diary
or
C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\VOVSOFT\Daily Journal
Is Desktop Diary a portable software?
- No. Desktop Diary must be installed using the setup file. But you can always migrate your entries using export and import backup files.
