Unfortunately, Comcast.net (xfinity) email users can't receive any email message from Vovsoft.

If you're using your @comcast.net email address, it's likely that you won't be able to

  • subscribe to our newsletter
  • receive your license key information
  • get response from us about your support requests

We strongly recommend that you use a reputable email provider like Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail as your primary email address for smoother and hassle-free email delivery.

Due to technical issues with their mail server, our emails aren't reaching Comcast.net addresses. We constantly receive the error below, when we try to send email to Comcast mail server:

Action: failed
Final-Recipient: rfc822;<any>@comcast.net
Status: 5.0.0

all hosts for 'comcast.net' have been failing for a long time (and retry time not reached)

Our mail server IP addresses are not listed in any public blacklist databases, and they have gained good reputation over the years. We have proper reverse DNS record (PTR). We also have proper SPF, DMARC, DKIM records. Major email providers accepts our emails. However, we can't send emails to Comcast.net.
