Unfortunately, Charter.net (Spectrum) email users can't receive any email message from Vovsoft.

If you're using your @charter.net or @chartertn.net email address, it's likely that you won't be able to

  • subscribe to our newsletter
  • receive your license key information
  • get response from us about your support requests

We strongly recommend that you use a reputable email provider like Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail as your primary email address for smoother and hassle-free email delivery.

Due to technical issues with their mail server, our emails aren't reaching Charter.net addresses. We constantly receive the error below, when we try to send email to Spectrum mail server:

Action: failed
Final-Recipient: rfc822; <any>@charter.net
Status: 5.0.0
Remote-MTA: dns; mx0.charter.net
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 impin018.msg.chrl.nc.charter.net cmsmtp <IP> blocked. Please see https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codes for more information. AUP#In-1000

Our IP is not (and never) listed in any public blacklist databases, and it has gained good reputation over the years. We have proper reverse DNS record (PTR). We also have proper SPF and DKIM records. Major email providers accepts our emails. However, Charter.net doesn't seem to care about them.
