Could you allow to keep the window the same size as I've resized it to rather than setting back to the small size every time I open it?
If a file cannot be downloaded for any reason, please don't put up error messages which have to be acknowledged individually. Error messages like "HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request", "Socket Error # 11001 Host not found" are annoying when I'm downloading a large number of files. There's no indication of the file names & URLs and what the reasons for the error. Can I suggest that if an error occurs, it's reported with all the known details in a txt or csv file? We can analyse the errors later and don't have to keep responding to the error.
Add checkboxes to the download list, the ability to to select which files to actually download, the ability to select all, the ability to delete specific files from the download box before downloading

When downloading, could we have a progress bar or a percentage indicator so the user knows how many files have downloaded / number left to download?
