As our software products can all be installed as evaluation versions prior to purchase, and because activation codes (license keys) are provided immediately upon order confirmation, our general policy is not to allow refunds. We may, however, issue refunds at our discretion on request from a customer. We also generally issue refunds if it is evident that an order was made by accident, though the decision remains at our discretion.
The primary spirit and intention behind our refund policy is to prevent any unethical behavior or exploitation, both on our part and on the part of our customers. We want to act in good faith and ensure that both parties are treated fairly. These goals will guide our decision-making.
Please also note that if you order through MyCommerce, FastSpring, or AppSumo, final discretion for refunds lies with them, though generally they do issue refunds on request from us.
